We have been so impressed that we used them again for my grandmother. She had a new stairlift fitted after moving house and we were even able to buy some mobility items to help her navigate the house. I called Dolphin Stairlifts on behalf of my mother in law, this was the first experience with them, a survey was carried out methodically and quoted for in a very efficient manner.
On a successful and very competitive quote, along with the speed in which Dolphin Stairlifts reacted to our requirements we decided to select their business, the engineer arrived and started the work, he was courteous polite and very professional, my mother in law felt great confidence in him to do a good job, which he did.
The staff at Dolphin continually offered advice regarding the installation and anything required in the future would not be an issue.
